Rhuan Rudy, PsyD

Rhuan’s career began after completing her undergraduate degree in computer engineering. At that time she began working for a hi-tech company in the sales and marketing department. Before too long she realized it was extremely important to her that her career was related to helping others. After working in the business world for several years, she returned to school to pursue a doctoral degree in clinical psychology.

While completing her doctoral program she became passionate about holistic approaches to wellness that address the mind, body, and spirit. During this time she travelled to India and fell in love with the country and the people, so much so she returned the following year. The major impetus in Rhuan’s life is the joy that comes from helping and connecting with others, and living this grand adventure called “life.”

Richard Smith, DDS

Richard has completed degrees at Washington State University, where he competed on the Track and Field team, and also at Creighton University where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Richard and Rhuan met at Washington State University, and while completing dental school at Creighton University, he and Rhuan married and began their life together.

Richard has always been passionate about the health and well being of the human body. His journey has taken him through extensive studies of exercise/physiology, nutrition, and the mind/body/spirit connection. Richard believes that the mind is one of the most powerful instruments we have on this Earth, and regularly feeds his mind by being an avid reader. Richard and Rhuan live in Phoenix and Richard practices dentistry full-time in West Phoenix.

When not spending time practicing dentistry or reading he enjoys exercising at the gym doing yoga, weight lifting and cardio. He also has developed a very intimate spiritual practice of study and meditation and is dedicated to help raise the consciousness of the world. He and Rhuan enjoy traveling the world to see all of its beautiful treasures.
